Access to the apartments is independent. On arrival, access codes for the building and the apartment are sent.
The keys are taken from the key dispatcher located at the entrance door to the apartment.

Parking is available for PLN 20 / day after prior reservation. Parking is also possible along Umińskiego Street, in the paid parking zone. The zone is valid from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 for PLN 3.5 / hour
Darmowy parking na ulicy w weekendy. Od pn do pt strefa parkowania w cenie 20zł / doba (strefa obowiązuje od 8:00 do 18:00).
Darmowy parking znajduje się na końcu ulicy w odległości około 300m od apartamentów.
Breakfasts are served outside the apartment building in nearby restaurants with a gastronomic offer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VILDA APARTMENTS
1. Pokój w obiekcie „Apartamenty Vilda” wynajmowany jest na doby.
2. Doba noclegowa trwa od godziny 14.00 do godziny 11.00.
3. Zatrzymanie pokoju po godzinie 11.00 jest traktowane jako przedłużenie pobytu.
4. „Apartamenty Vilda” ma obowiązek zapewnić: warunki pełnego i nieskrępowanego wypoczynku gościa bezpieczeństwo pobytu (w tym zachowanie tajemnicy i informacji o gościu), profesjonalną i uprzejmą obsługę, sprzątanie pokoju i wykonywanie naprawy urządzeń/usterek.
5. For children under 5 - the stay is free.
6. It is possible to set up an extra bed in the room for an additional fee of PLN 30.
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. The guest should notify the staff of the damage immediately after finding it.
9. „Apartamenty Vilda” nie ponosi odpowiedzialności z tytułu utraty pieniędzy lub innych kosztowności jeżeli przedmioty.
10. „Apartamenty Vilda” nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za uszkodzenie samochodu lub innego pojazdu.
11. Gość ponosi odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzenia lub zniszczenia przedmiotów wyposażenia i urządzeń technicznych na terenie całego obiektu, a przede wszystkim pokoju, powstałe z jego winy lub z winy odwiedzających go osób. „Apartamenty Vilda” zastrzega sobie możliwość obciążenia Gościa za wyrządzone szkody po jego wyjeździe.
12. Unregistered persons may stay in the room from 6.00 to 22.00.
13. Silence is required in the facility from 22.00 to 6.00.
14. The guest may not transfer the room to third parties.
15. If a guest under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs interferes with the peaceful stay of guests or the functioning of the hotel, they may be removed from it.
16. „Apartamenty Vilda” może odmówić przyjęcia gościa, który podczas poprzedniego pobytu rażąco naruszył regulamin.
17. Items left by the departing guest in the room will be sent to the address indicated by the guest. If you do not receive such an instruction, they will be stored for a period of 3 months.
18. A guest who loses the keys to the apartment is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 30.
19. The facility is completely non-smoking. In the event of breaking this ban, the Guest will be financially liable by paying a fee of PLN 400.
20. Receiving the keys to the room is tantamount to accepting the regulations.
21. The payer or the organizer is responsible for damage caused during the presence of guests.
